Place your order by 1:00 PM Pacific Time to qualify for same-day delivery. This gives our designers time to pull stems, create your arrangement, and route the driver.

We are open Wednesday through Sunday. The shop is closed Monday and Tuesday — the earliest available delivery or pickup is Wednesday.
2-hour windows
Choose from four 2-hour delivery windows: 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, or 4–6 PM. Slot availability may be limited on peak days.

Planning ahead for a birthday, anniversary, or event? Schedule your delivery up to 60 days in advance.
Holiday lead times
On Mother's Day and Valentine's Day we may tighten the cutoff to 11:00 AM or earlier. Book early on peak holidays.
In-house drivers only
We never use third-party delivery services. Your flowers go from our cooler to the recipient's door — handled with care the entire way.

Frequently asked questions
- What days are you open?
- We are open Wednesday through Sunday. The shop is closed every Monday and Tuesday. The earliest available pickup or delivery for any order is Wednesday.
- What is the same-day delivery cutoff time?
- Orders must be placed by 13:00 PM Pacific Time Wednesday through Saturday for same-day delivery. We do not offer same-day delivery on Sundays — Sunday orders deliver on Wednesday (our next open day).
- How far do you deliver?
- We deliver up to 18 driving miles from our shop, covering all of North County San Diego — from Camp Pendleton's south gate to Rancho Bernardo's western edge. Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility.
- Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
- Absolutely. You can schedule a delivery up to 60 days in advance. Choose from four 2-hour delivery windows: 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, or 4–6 PM.
- Do you deliver to Carlsbad?
- Yes! Carlsbad south of Palomar Airport Road falls in Zone 2 ($18 delivery fee), and Carlsbad north falls in Zone 3 ($28 fee).
- Do you deliver to Del Mar or Rancho Santa Fe?
- Yes — both Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe are in Zone 3 (7–12 miles, $28 delivery fee).
- Who delivers the flowers?
- All deliveries are made by our own team — not a third-party courier. Your flowers are hand-carried from our shop to the recipient's door, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
- Can the recipient be someone different from the person ordering?
- Yes, and this is the most common case! At checkout you'll enter the recipient's name, phone number (optional, for delivery coordination), and the delivery address separately from your own contact info.
- What if I'm outside your delivery area?
- If your address is beyond our 18-mile radius, we'll let you know at checkout and recommend the pickup option instead. We're happy to prepare a beautiful arrangement for you to collect in-store.
